The enterprise was founded on February 23, 1999 on the basis of the «Odeskabel» plant. The main goal of the company’s creation was to ensure effective sales of the plant’s products, expand sales channels and form a stable system for supplying cable and wire products to enterprises in various sectors of the economy.
